The Odstock Four Channel Stimulator is a neuromuscular stimulator intended for the exercise of weak or paralysed muscle. It is designed to be simple to use with facilities to vary exercise parameters. The output can be ramped at the beginning and end of each cycle to give a comfortable sensation and prevent stretch induced spasticity. Output can be continuous or alternating (Two channels can alternate with two channels, 1 channel with three channels or four channels against a rest period). Powered by a standard 9V battery, the unit is intended for home use to allow regular exercise.
